Autostitch – Making great panoramas in minutes.

After you read the “how-to” photograph panoramas you all ready knew what to do in order to take the pictures corectly. What is left now is just to stitch them all together using Autostitch.

  1. download the software if you have not done that yet.

  2. Go to EDIT->Options.

    Make sure “Jpeg Quality” is set to 100 !!!

    “Image rotation” is correct (if the images are vertically taken, check the “clockwise” checkbox)

    Under “Out put size” select the size you'd like. Remember you will have to do some croping from the top and bottom of the images so don't set it to too small. On the other size 100% of big files can take forever to stitch..

3.click o.k and go to FILE->Open and choose the images you would like to merge

4.After the software is done you will get a pano.jpg file. This file will have some “left-overs” you will have to crop (cut) away.

5.Open the pano.jpg using Irfanview.

6.Left-click and dreg the mouse over the image, making a frame only in the area you would like to keep

7.click CTRL+Y to crop the image.

8. That's it – it is done!
